Amanda Webb is an experienced and highly respected Human Resources practitioner with over 25 years business expertise in banking, finance, professional services, FMCG and management consulting, having worked for a number of Australian, global and private companies including Deloitte, Westpac, AMP, and the Sydney Olympic Games.
Amanda has extensive experience and a deep understanding of Leadership and Organisational Development, Career and Talent management, and Diversity and Inclusion consulting. Over the years, Amanda has lead and managed numerous teams in corporate Australia. Her strengths include leadership, facilitating, coaching, keynote speaking, talent management, leadership development, and creating and delivering on strategy.
In recent years, Amanda has worked in management consulting firms where she has combined her leadership, management, consulting, facilitation, coaching, HR, L&OD, and talent management skills with her business development, marketing and commercial management expertise.
Energetic, pragmatic and astute, with a sharp business mind, Amanda is passionate about working with clients to create greater inclusion and equality in the workplace, improve the self-confidence and career advancement for women, and support all employees to work, create and perform at their best.
Amanda is a fierce advocate for women and human rights and is committed to driving gender equality. She is the Chair of Dress for Success NSW & ACT and a Board Director for Women for Election Australia.
Amanda grew up in country South Australia and now lives in urban Sydney with her partner Trent. They are now empty nesters, except for fur baby, Lani. Amanda is an avid Sydney Swans fan (Australian Rules Football) who loves travel, the great outdoors and spending time with friends and family.
